than a month to go until the 4th annual RYA Sailability Regatta to be held at
Rutland Sailing Club, 13 to 15 August 2010, organisers are reminding sailors
to complete and return their entry forms.
The regatta is open to anyone who races in Access, 2.4mR, Challenger,
Sonar, SKUD, Artemis and Laser Stratos dinghies and whatever your level of
ability; from first time racers to Paralympic level

returned from the just concluded Malaysia Open Grand Prix in Johor Bahru as
one of the referees, received the award
as an International Badminton for the Disabled as umpire for the 1st Asian
Paralympics Badminton Cup in 2004, where no Sabahan has even achieved
this level yet.

been named in the GB Men?s sitting volleyball squad for the World
Champ-ionships which are being held in the USA over the next fortnight.
Great Britain will face India, Neth-erlands, Morocco, Rus-sia and Germany
during phase 1 of the championships which are seen as a preview of the 2012 Paralympics
in London.
